【Shipping time】
We will proceed to the production process once we confirm your final approval of the drawing. Our inspire kitchen is built-to-order, it takes about a month from your drawing approval to shipping. If you have any specific date to receive it, please let us know in advance to check for the possibility.
【Cancellation deadline/Refund Policy】
Our products are built-to-order, cancellation fees are indicated below.
①Before drawing and draft sketch: cancelation free of charge.
②After drawing and draft sketch: Canceling is still possible. We refund you 50％ of the total amount of fees.
③Once the production process are started: We can not accept any cancelation and refund.
④Before shipping: We can not accept any cancelation and refund.
⑤After shipping: We can not accept any cancelation and refund.
【Return Policy】
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your product(s) if you find any default. We can not accept other reasons to return the product but for any clear default.
【Return Transportation Fee 】
Please accept to pay transportation fee when you request a return. We may accept to refund the transportation fees only when we are the cause of a default.
